Step 1 God's Purpose : Peace and Life
God loves you and wants you to experience peace and a meaningful, purposeful life - abundant and eternal.
The Bible Says... "...We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." Romans 5:1 Since God planned for us to have peace and life with true menaing and purpose, why are most people not having this experience?
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned; but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only son." John 3: 16-18
"...I have come that they may have life, and have it more abundantly." John 10:10
"Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life; no one comes to the father except through me.'" John 14:6
"No one can come to me unless the father who sent me draws him." John 6:44
Perhaps you are thinking the above words from the Bible are very narrow-minded. You are right; God is single-minded about the way to heaven. That's because there is only one way. He is all knowing and he provided this one way to Heaven because he loves us and has a very specific plan for our lives. Understanding the above is Step 1, now read and follow along on the following steps to Heaven. If God is drawing you to do so.
